Yes. With Luna Health, you can charge patients by credit card, bank transfer, or SPEI—without leaving the system. We use Stripe, a globally trusted payment platform, to process transactions securely and reliably.

How much does it cost to accept card payments?

We don’t charge any additional fees for using this feature. Only Stripe’s standard rates apply: 3.6% + $3.00 MXN per transaction for Mexican cards, plus VAT. That’s it. No hidden fees or surprises.

Can I issue electronic invoices with this clinic software?

Absolutely. If a patient needs a factura (CFDI), you can generate it directly from Luna. If not, you can also create a simple administrative payment receipt—no extra hassle.
